The federal government is filing a law suite against Arizona’s immigration law designed to protect its borders. Obama is also in litigation to stop drilling in the gulf…if he wins he will put thousands out of work. How about putting all effort toward stopping the oil leak and engineering better technology to prevent it from happening again—and maybe we should stop electing lawyers. Not only is he wasting resources, he is ignoring public opinion. It appears he is disregarding democracy while coveting his ability to do what he damn well pleases. He has said he doesn’t care if he is a one term president. That makes him arrogant in my opinion—as if he knows better than the rest of us mere mortals. Nearly everything Obama has done harms our country—from bailing out big business to increasing taxes on every man, woman, and child through the so called tax and cap cap and trade. ( that must have been a Freudia slip). Bottom line; high cost, low return.
Are they looking at me?
Most of us aren’t even aware that cap and trade will cost everyone dearly and will reduce buying power to those who can least afford it—retirees and others on fixed income. His actions seem almost terroristic, since in a way, he is putting on a suicide bomb vest with a November 2012 timer on it, and he is willing to take the country with him. Perhaps he is hoping history will remember him as a martyr. As the election cycle approaches you will see fewer politicians standing close by.
