It’s Funny – In a Sick Kind of Way

Obama was born sometime after 2003 on August 4th — politically speaking that is. I’m making that assumption because my 2003 version of Microsoft Word always wants to correct the spelling of Obama to “Osama” or “Bema”. To me it’s funny – in a sick kind of way, and I get great satisfaction in hitting the ignore button when spell check stops on his name telling me “not in the dictionary”. And, of course, I find it ironic that it suggests Osama. Like they say, “it’s the little things in life that count”. Often, to save time, I’ll just refer to him as Big O, and our VP as little b.

Obama not in dictionary

Ironically funny — in a sick kind of way

Call me stubborn, but I refuse to add his name to my MS word’s dictionary. I’m thinking it will only be about two more years before he will become another enigma of history.

By the way, his birthday is coming soon and I want to sing happy birthday to him. Please join with me…

Happy birthday to you

Happy birthday to you

Happy birthday dear

Happy birthday to you

The name doesn’t roll off the tongue too well, but I do feel better about myself.
